Smoking and Vaping is prohibited on the property, including units, lanais, and common areas. *** In case of an emergency please contact building security. Heads up: Downtown Waikiki can get pretty lively, so if you're looking for peace and quiet, keep in mind that the area can get a bit noisy, especially at night. And, while the building is older its prime location makes up for it all! The space is for 2 guest MAXIMUM.

There are dozens of restaurants, night life, car/scooter/bike/surfboard rental locations, shopping, pubs and much much more all around. Every imaginable activity that may interest you is available in Waikiki or just outside. 90% of options are within walking distance. No need to rent a vehicle when everything is just a walk away! If exploring is a must we highly recommend HUI hourly car rentals where you can walk to the rentals and park at their designated spaces :) This 12th floor Studio Condo is located in the Kuhio Village Building Tower 2 on Prince Edward Street in the absolute best location in Waikiki. No need to worry about changing regulations in Hawai’i with this unit; we are in the legal resort zone! Cold AC offers temperature control to your comfort. Parking is located in the basement of the building and is $30 per day for a 24 hour period; hourly rates are also available. Parking garages under both sides of the building (space is not reserved or guaranteed).
